Equipment Refunds:

Refunds will be issued on any or all equipment returned no later than 30 days from the date it was received. All refund are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refunds will not include any shipping and handling cost. Credit will only be given on items that are unused and in the original box. There are absolutely no exceptions.

Service Refunds:

Service refunds will be issued based on the terms and conditions of the signed contract/agreement.

AFA Protective Systems, Inc. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer, it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revisions or changes will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on AFA Protective Systems, Inc's Web site.
